外国友人求助使用PSN

刚刚以为陌生的外国留学生（很有可能）加了我的微信，因为我的PSN签名是my wechat id is qqlv61.

不过鉴于我对这方面的问题基本不懂，希望各位朋友帮忙用英文解答一下他提出的最后几个问题。谢谢！

    PSN isn't blocked in China in any form, period. Some games may use Google servers so we can't play them without 微辟恩, but 99% games on ps4 can be played without 微辟恩 perfectly (well, with high lag, but still playable).
    You connect to 微辟恩 with 微辟恩-enabled routers, or hotspot of pc connected to 微辟恩.
    No idea.

    you can use PSN without 微辟恩,(I;m not sure, because I haven't use PSN in china), anyway ps4 can not use 微辟恩 by itself, but you can set shadowsocks in the router and then ps4 can cross the great wall,

    微辟恩 router you can buy it from TAOBAO ( if you in china) ,EBAY or you can flash the system in your router(little bit hard to do it, and some router maybe not support the system) and then you can buy a vps to setup ss(shadowsocks) or buy from the seller who sell the ss account.

    If you want to buy a 微辟恩 router in China, you can go to Taobao or JD (both of them are Chinese online shopping websites)
    You can buy the router such as Hi-wifi or netgear and so on.I recommend Hi-wifi if you're in China, because it's very easy to use for a newbie , and you can easily install shadowsocks server (similar to 微辟恩), and you can get the installation guide on github (I will post the link below).
