As said earlier in the guide, go to Mountain Temple where a swarm of leaping Metal Heads await you. Since you finished the game, every Metal Head drops their Skull Gems again and the Skull Gem limit (maximum number of Metal Head kills allowed in a never-ending spawning zone before they stop dropping their Skull Gem) is no more!
