Method 1:
1. In profile you got the problem, go to the trophies list.
2 - Look for any game that does not contain trophies (0 trophies).
3. Press options button. Then delete this trophy.
When you do this it will refresh PS4’s network and open your profile.

But there is another problem. What if I do not have a game with 0 prizes and trophies?
Simply download and start any free game. just launch it and exit. After you’ve launched the game there must be a line of trophies and cups (must be zero). Return to your damaged profile and delete the trophy.

Method 2:
1. You must make a backup copy of all your contents in your PlayStation 4 device: You must bring an external hard disk (exFAT format with enough storage).

2. Now connect external hard drive to Playstation 4.
Go to: Settings> System> Backup & Restore> Backup PS4.

3. After completing this step, remove external hard disk from PlayStation.

4. Now go to Awards or trophies box and wait for automatic synchronization.

5. Go to: Settings> Users> Delete User> Select the account you are experiencing the problem.

6. Now create a new user and sign in to your PlayStation account.

7. Try playing games. If the problem is resolved. Reconnect your hard disk and go to System> Backup and Restore> Restore PS4.
