Complete the "Echoes of Oryx" quest.
Firstly, there isn't a quest called "Echoes of Oryx". This is just a big quest chain, where you will need to complete other quests to complete this one. The quests you need to complete are as follows:

The Taken King - Main Story
The Taken War: Earth - Cayde gives you this quest
The Taken War: Venus - Ikora gives you this quest
The Taken War: Mars - Zavala gives you this quest
The Taken War: Petra - Petra gives you this quest
Once you complete all of these quests, you will be given a final one from Eris called "The Road to King's Fall". This is a short quest, which has you kill a Warbeast on the Dreadnaught and then asks you to kill The Warpriest, Gologoroth and Oryx in the King's Fall raid. Do all of this, then return to Eris and the trophy will unlock.





Still Got Wolf Problems
Complete "The Wolves of Mars" quest.
To obtain this quest, you must first complete the quest "The Taken War: Petra". To get this, go and speak to Petra who can be found at The Reef. This quest involves killing taken zealots in places such as Earth, Venus and Mars. The zealots spawn in as public events, so just hang about in areas until you see "A taken lieutenant is corrupting this land..." pop up at the bottom left of the screen. You now must find it, and kill it. Do it 3 times and the zealot spawns in. You need to be in a fireteam to do these, as you will not take down the zealot yourself. You can hope that random players will be there, but there usually isn't.

Once you complete this quest, you can pick the a new quest from Varik's in the reef called "The Wolves of Mars". This is a mission orientated quest mainly, and takes a little bit of time to do. The quest steps are as follows:

Step #1 - Kill any fallen on Earth, The Moon and Venus
Step #2 - Hunt the Archon in the Rubicon Wastes on Mars
Step #3 - Talk to Variks
Step #4 - A New Den (Mars Mission)
Step #5 - Talk to Variks
Step #6 - Knock Knock (Mars Mission)
Step #7 - Talk to Variks
Step #8 - Prime's Path (Mars Mission)
Step #9 - Talk to Variks

The trophy unlocks as soon as you complete step 9. Also, you can get a new quest from Petra after this one which will give you the exotic weapon called "Boolean Gemini". I recommend you get this, as a 290 attack weapon will give you a boost if you don't have an exotic weapon already.
