2 Stars: Perform 4 Dash Attacks.
3 Stars: Perform 4 Dash Attacks and perform 1 more Dash attack to K.O. Opponent.
Real easy though, just do dash attacks then when Fin is in low health, just pull off 1 more dash attack for the finishing blow.
Ende
2 Stars: Perform 2 EX Specials.
3 Stars: Perform 2 EX Specials and K.O. opponent by EX Special finish (this can be as the 2nd EX attack).
With 100%/(1) Gauge or more, you can perform EX Attacks by pressing either or or + close to opponent. K.O. the opponent if you have enough gauge(s).
Itsuki
2 Stars: Activate Overdrive twice.
3 Stars: Activate Overdrive twice and K.O. opponent during Overdrive (this can be done as the 2nd Overdrive).
With 100%/(1) Gauge or more, you can perform Overdrive by pressing , depending on what style you choose. K.O the opponent during this state.
Tokiya
2 Stars: Perform 3 Slip Shifts.
3 Stars: Perform 6 Slip Shifts.
In Quick Style, simply tap at the right moment while close, he'll spam his special moves more than likely however.
Gaito
2 Stars: Perform Counter Burst 3 times.
3 Stars: Perform Counter Burst 3 times and K.O. opponent with a Counter Burst.
Hold to perform a Counter Burst, do this 3 times and K.O. the opponent with the same move.
M
2 Stars: Perform the Phantom Break Move.
3 Stars: K.O. opponent with the Phantom Break Move.
With 200% gauge, simply perform the Phantom Break with . Only in Quick and Hard styles.
Cocoa
2 Stars: Perform a 15 hit combo.
3 Stars: Perform a 25 hit combo.
Performing combos to earn stars are a real pain in this mode but you can easily pull off combo's with Overdrive in Quick Style with 200% gauge, Sophia's + can give you a couple of hits while in a combo.
Shizuka
2 Stars: Perform Protection, then perform Counter Burst after, do this twice.
3 Stars: Perform Protection, then perform Counter Burst after, do this 3 times.
In Hard Style, press at the moment your opponent attacks, then press (or hold) right after.
Waka
2 Stars: Perform either a Weak/Normal Special and cancel into a EX Special 2 times.
3 Stars: Perform either a Weak/Normal Special and cancel into a EX Special 2 times, K.O. opponent under this condition.
If you have 100% gauge or more, an example for a combo cancel to a super move would be either + then +, or + then + or + then +.
Yuzuha
2 Stars: Perform a 25 hit combo.
3 Stars: Perform a 35 hit combo.
A harder version of the combo challenge. Getting 35 hits for 3 stars will be a challenge in itself but its really optional anyway.
Mikoto
2 Stars: K.O. opponent with 79-60% health remaining.
3 Stars: K.O. opponent with 100-80% health remaining.
Simple, try to get a "Perfect" or not get hit too much to get the 3 stars.
White Mikoto (Boss)
3 Stars: K.O. opponent!
Defeat White Mikoto and you'll unlock her as a playable character along with clearing Sophia's route for her trophy!

I'm not sure how this actually works, and though Gaito has the regular () and his special throw (+), not sure how you can knock down the opponent to the floor and throw them yet.
Ende
2 Stars: Perform Recovery in mid-air 3 times.
3 Stars: Perform Recovery in mid-air 5 times.
While jumping, make sure you get hit with certain moves by Ende, tap any of the buttons fast enough to get back on your feet without falling on the ground, you'll flash green if you do this correctly.
Sophia
2 Stars: Perform 3 Slip Shifts.
3 Stars: Perform 6 Slip Shifts.
Quick Style only, tap at the right moment while close when the opponent attacks.
Shizuka
2 Stars: Perform Counter Burst 3 times.
3 Stars: Perform Counter Burst 3 times and K.O. opponent with a Counter Burst.

Sophia will often perform special moves which might get annoying at first but it makes sense somewhat, dash often and you'll clash a couple times, you may get hit but it happens.
Ende
2 Stars: Perform Protection 3 times
3 Stars: Perform Protection 6 times
Simply press at the exact moment Ende performs an attack, this may take some tries.
Gaito
2 Stars: Perform Emergency once.
3 Stars: Perform Emergency 3 times.
With 100%/1 level of gauge, either during hit or block, press to activate Emergency, which will cancel the opponents attack. Getting it 3 times may be a challenge however.
Infinity
2 Stars: Perform the Phantom Break Move.
3 Stars: K.O. opponent with the Phantom Break Move.

Well, performing Clashes on Ren may be kind of tough, since his special moves and supers consist of physical attacks, so running may not work much, carefully and properly time either or / special moves to clash attacks.
Ria

Simply press at the exact moment Ria performs an attack, this may take some tries, although she'll spam special moves more.
Sophia
