Plate Launcher – Go to KokoNutz Sports Town in the Palisades Mall soon after 7am on Day 3 and you will find the door in the back labelled Tape It Or Die unlocked. Speak to the four survivors in here and Wallace will ask you to bring him a Cement Saw and Plates. Do so and he will hand over the Combo Card.

Blazing Aces – Firstly you must have spoken to the Tape It Or Die guys on Day 3. You must also have completed all Case Files up to and including 5-2 but may want to hold off doing 6-1 until after getting the call for the call for the TIOD guys. At 9:15am on Day 4 you will receive a call giving you a Case to rescue them. Bring them back to the Safe House and you will receive the Combo Card.

Exsanguinator – Firstly you must have spoken to the Tape It Or Die guys on Day 3. You must also have completed all Case Files up to and including 5-2 but may want to hold off doing 6-1 until after getting the call for the call for the TIOD guys. Power Guitar – Bring Floyd from the Case “Rock Heroes” back to the Safe House and he will give you the Combo Card. “Rock Heroes” starts around 4am on Day 2 on the Silver Strip.
