Near the end of your 2nd week, you'll be asked to visit an area to deactivate two terraforming terminals. Upon entering the building there will only be two rooms to explore. The one on the right has two corpses sitting at a table, and this is where you'll unlock your trophy.
Simply scan both corpses using R2, and then scan the table in the same manor.
