Nice and simple solution, grab a buddy (or several), set up a Jam Session, Outbreak, 2 Rounds. Whoever gets infected, stay away from the other player(s) until the 2 minutes is up. The next round, a different player (should) be the infected one, so rinse and repeat. Simple.
This is extremely difficult to do in Pro Tour, as the infected can see where you are, and so it is near impossible. Just follow the above tip and you'll get it in no time :)
