What you need is everyone is using the exact same car (with same driving assists like automatic etc) and all set to Monaco Harbour View. Once the race starts everyone just hit RT and slams the car into the wall without hitting anything (damage needs to be on). I tested it with both Subarus, the Ford and the Evo and if you don't got stickdrift you'll hit the wall at the exact time. With just double-boxing I am getting 2450 each 5min.
