In Transmitter Case 1, you will be tasked to find a target in the forest. The requirements for this trophy don't actually start until the target has been located, so wander around the forest until a red X appears on your radar. At this point you will also notice green triangle arrows on your radar. Simply follow them to unlock this trophy.

Don't go too quickly; press the direction you need to go, then wait a second to see if the direction changes/you receive orders. It's still a very simple trophy regardless.
