STEP 1: Debut
Make your VOLTA Avatar and complete The Debut story mode. This will take roughly two hours to complete and you'll reach the rating of 83. Complete all the games and the training in this. It's super easy so don't worry.
STEP 2: Featured Battles
Head into Featured Battles, complete all these on Professional difficult if you can, it's fine if not it will just make the process a little bit quicker for you. Complete all the game until you've unlocked both the Liverpool Jersey and Mbappe for your own Volta Team.
You receive a Skill Point after each individual game, sometimes even three. Once you've completed both the Debut and Featured Battles continuing playing the Featured Battles teams, making sure to select first to five goals and putting it on Beginner so you can complete a game in roughly one minute.
STEP 3: The Skill Tree
75 Skill Points is the max you can have. I'll add a screenshot below to show you what I have equipped and I was able to reach the VOLTA Avatar rating of 92 in the ten-hour EA Play trial. Avoid equipping things like Skill Moves, Weak Foot, Finesse Shot, etc because that doesn't contribute to your overall rating.
