Slow time = Keychange Down combo
Speed time = Keychange Up combo
ø = full note. This is hit when you hit any food spawn button on any 1/4 beat.
ó = open note. This is hit when you hit any food spawn button on any 1/2 beat.
o = open note no stem. This is hit when you hit any food spawn button on any full beat.
There is another note you'll see on the combos list which looks like a full circle broken into 3 pieces, like there's a Y in the middle of it. This is for hitting an "off" beat. I won't go into detail here cause it's not needed for these two combos, but you will see that.
To explain in more detail, every level has a rhythm. It goes along with the music, but some levels are easier to follow than others. You can turn on a visual indicator in the pause menu that will activate a closing circle that helps your timing. This closing circle is what you need to pay attention to.
Depending on the level and its tempo, the circle can work one of two ways. You just have to play around with pressing the buttons to figure out which one is true for the level you're on, or switch levels if it's not working. There are some levels (can't remember which ones) where I just could not hit a combo because the music or tempo was weird.
Option 1: Every time the outer circle reaches the inner circle, that is 1/4 beat. So if you hit a food spawn button every time the circle closes, you will continue to get full notes (ø). This would mean to get an open note (ó) you will wait for the 2nd time the circle closes, and to get a no stem note (o) you will wait for the 4th time it closes.
Option 2: Every time the outer circle reaches the inner circle, that is 1/2 beat. So if you hit a food spawn button every time the circle closes, you will continue to get open notes (ó). This would mean to get a closed note (ø) you will hit once when the circle is halfway to the inner circle, and again when it reaches the inner circle. To get a no stem note (o) you will wait for the 2nd time the outer circle closes.

Keep in mind, to get any of the notes, you have to first tap a food spawn button as a baseline, then the NEXT tap will be your first note. So say the below is counting when the outer circle closes (aka reaches the inner circle) and we want to do a Keychange Down to slow time down. An x is when we hit a food spawn button.

The first beat is just to get our bearing. The second beat has a tap on 4, which is just our baseline (to start the combo. Will not show a note). The third beat is us getting 4 closed notes by hitting every time the circle closes. The fourth beat is us getting 2 open notes by waiting for the 2nd time it closes. The fifth beat is us getting 1 no stem note by waiting for the 4th time it closes.
Below is the Keychange Up combo.

You don't have to be perfect. You can make mistakes between combos, as long as you don't hit any other combos between them. I would recommend doing all 5 Keychange Downs before doing the Keychange Ups in the same level, as with the ups the music will get faster and make it harder to hit the combos.

就可以了,1,2,3,4对应的是开启节拍小帮手之后,出现的那个小圆圈从打开到关闭的过程,只要按照这个来就能完成升调和降调的操作,乐谱啥的不需要懂
有些关卡节拍偏慢,比如绞肉机的,我是建议在拉面这种类型关做
