The easiest way is to just capture all the bases, kill the captain and win that way, then have the opposite team win. Have a chat open while doing this trophy as there seem to be very quiet and/or unbeknownst individuals who switched teams and missed the trophy both times and never bothered to say a word.
Note: If anyone leaves throughout the match, the trophy is voided.
