Simply named "Bonus Stage" you will be put in a room where you can not move, and within 20 seconds, you must shoot all 20 Barrels that fall from the sky. Press ☐ to shoot and use L to move the cross-hair around. You can use Stage Select to access the Bonus Stage right away from the Character Select screen.
