You likely will not get this if you are using videos to complete the levels. Acid is introduced into the game after you complete Level 51. Level 52 has two Ratoids that you can kill right at the start by destroying a block they are walking across so they fall into the Acid. Press Start/Options right after they die and select Restart. It saves automatically.
