In order to get this trophy, you have to kill 10 non-aggressive chickens in the game. There are more than 10 chickens in the game, but this can be missed if you go past the first point of no return as there are no chickens past that.
To get this as early as possible, kill the seven chickens in the village in Feshyr near the beginning of the game and then kill at least three more once you reach the Cleaved Maiden after the events at Feshyr (a NPC will complain about this, but there are no negative consequences for doing this - he will also complain if you kill the bulls nearby) to get this trophy, though more opportunities for chicken slaying appear even later on.
